By accessing or using SamNguyen Ads Manager, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Meta Platform Terms and Policies.

2. Authorized Use

You agree to only connect Meta ad accounts, business portfolios, and pages for which you have lawful authority to view or manage advertising.

3. Campaign Safety & Budget Limits

The service enforces automated safety rules. New draft campaigns are staged in PAUSED status with strict daily budget caps to prevent unintended spend.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

SamNguyen Ads Manager is provided "as is". We are not responsible for ad approval decisions, policy enforcement actions, or billing events executed by Meta Platforms, Inc.
